OTA Integration and iCal

iCal import/export is operational. Bundled OTA adapters provide mapping, payload previews, logs, conflict review, and certification preparation; they do not claim live provider transmission.

Status meanings

• Preview only: the app generated and validated a provider-shaped payload but sent nothing externally.
• Certification required: live credentials, provider approval, and a certified connector are still required.
• Live iCal: configured calendar feeds can import holds and export availability through the scheduled calendar command.

Commands

php artisan hotel:calendar-sync

The OTA command records preview/integration checks for bundled adapters. A completed preview must never be reported to hotel staff as a completed provider synchronization.

Conflict guard

• Imported holds block reservations and room moves.
• Conflicts remain visible until resolved.
• Room and rate mappings are isolated to the active hotel.
