Documentation changes are grouped by release so administrators can identify guides and verification paths affected by an upgrade.
2026.07 — LearnX Documentation Hub
- Replaced the fragmented landing page with product and operations guides.
- Added course authoring, learner delivery, assessments, grading, certificates, commerce, community, AI tutor, automations, reports, SaaS, and API workflows.
- Added authentic local screenshots and diagrams for high-value academy workflows.
- Moved demo material to an internal appendix and removed published demo credentials.
- Added shared static navigation, deep search, integrity validation, and mobile-safe long-path wrapping.
Upgrade Review
- Read the operations runbook and back up database, storage, and environment configuration.
- Check migrations and release flags before enabling new routes.
- Smoke-test administrator, teacher, and learner dashboards in the same academy.
- Verify course access, assessment submission, grading, certificate verification, commerce, email, queue, and scheduler paths.
- Test that a user cannot cross into another academy by navigation or direct URL.
Documentation Scope
This changelog describes buyer-facing documentation changes. Application source changes, schema migrations, and provider compatibility must remain in the product release notes and deployment record.
