Appointments still own the operational front door for the clinic. The AI layer sits inside these workflows as draft assistance, not as a replacement for them.

  • Reminder dispatch and queue follow-up continue to use the existing messaging flows.
  • AI can draft reminders, no-show recovery, reschedule outreach, call scripts, and bulk follow-up summaries.
  • Channel variants such as sms, whatsapp, email, and call_note only prefill or copy into the current workflow.

Tenant-Aware Scheduling

Reminder scans still run globally from the scheduler, but dispatch work now iterates across active clinics so each tenant stays isolated.

  • The scheduler fans out per clinic rather than assuming one global operational database.
  • Manual command runs still work without schedule gating for support and demo use.
