Tenant-Scoped Settings

Once tenancy is initialized, Operix settings are loaded from the clinic database so branding, timezone, and operational defaults remain clinic-specific.

  • Clinic branding and app identity follow the selected clinic.
  • Operational dispatch settings such as inventory alert hour and Smart Insights digest hour stay clinic-local.
  • Dynamic config re-applies after tenancy changes so the current request always sees the right clinic settings.
General settings
General settings continue to drive the tenant shell.
AI settings
AI settings add provider health, capability matrix, retention, and schedule preview.

AI Settings Surface

AI settings are no longer a thin toggle sheet. They now act like a product control plane inside the clinic.

  • Provider health test and credential status.
  • Capability matrix tied to allowed draft actions.
  • Retention summary, usage counters, average latency, and top stale capability.
  • Daily brief schedule preview plus clear review-state language.
  • Provider circuit-breaker state after repeated failures.
