Platform Setup

After install, confirm that the platform operator can switch clinics and see health without touching clinic-local data.

  • Grant manage clinics, manage clinic memberships, view platform health, and switch clinics only to platform admins.
  • Confirm domains are stored for future routing even though v1 uses session-based clinic selection.
  • Verify the clinic switcher lists memberships and the active clinic is shown in the tenant shell.

Clinic-Level Setup

Once a clinic is selected, the existing Operix shell becomes clinic-scoped again and should be configured like an operational workspace.

  • Branding, timezone, and clinic settings now apply inside the tenant database.
  • Roles and permissions remain isolated per clinic; platform roles do not bleed into tenant permissions.
  • AI should stay disabled until provider health, capability matrix, and review policy are confirmed.
