v1.0.0 Public Support Open App

Settings

Settings are stored in the database and applied at runtime. This lets admins change app behavior, branding, mail, security, sessions, and maintenance tools without editing code.

General and Company

General settings include app name, short name, version, description, type, URL, timezone, locale, maintenance mode, date format, time format, currency code, symbol, symbol position, decimal places, and thousand separator. Company settings include company name, support email, phone, website, address, and default ticket department/status/priority.

Branding

Branding settings include light logo, dark logo, favicon, default avatar, primary color, secondary color, workspace tagline, portal label, command center title, sidebar theme, app mode, layout mode, and login branding.

Security

Security settings include password length, complexity, uppercase requirement, number requirement, symbol requirement, expiry days, password reuse prevention, login max attempts, lock minutes, attempt cooldown, and whether unverified email is allowed.

OTP and TOTP Policy

Two-factor settings include TTL, max attempts, resend cooldown, rate-limit window, max OTPs, locked TTL, TOTP issuer, TOTP window, queue connection, admin email alerts, and enabled email/SMS/WhatsApp notification channels.

Channels

Channel settings configure SMTP/sendmail/log email, reply-to, from address/name, mail timeout, Twilio SID/token, country code, SMS sender, WhatsApp sender, and SMS/WhatsApp toggles. Use the Email & Delivery Channels page for setup details.

Sessions

Session settings include session lifetime, driver, encryption, expire-on-close, SameSite behavior, secure cookie flag, and logout-other-devices-on-login.

AI Copilot

AI settings include enable/disable, provider, base URL, model, API key, and timeout. The first provider adapter is OpenAI-compatible. The app hides or skips ticket AI actions until the provider is enabled and credentials are complete.

Tools

Admin tools can clear application cache, rebuild config cache, rebuild route cache, clear views, clear optimization cache, rebuild storage link, and seed essential data. These are useful after deployment, settings changes, and updates.

Updates

The update panel handles license save, remote update check, package upload, remote install, and rollback. Review backups and snapshots before installing updates on production.

Screenshots To Add

These placeholders are intentionally kept in the docs so release screenshots can be dropped in later without changing the written guide for Settings.
