2026-06-11 - Full static documentation upgrade
- Expanded docs into a full app manual with layman-friendly form and table explanations.
- Added developer notes that map docs to routes, controllers, views, components, and tests.
- Added SVG graphics and screenshot-style media for setup, attendance, leave, reports, device capture, and module workflows.
- Redesigned the static docs UI with better navigation, search, responsive tables, callouts, and no intentional horizontal scroll.
- Kept the documentation as static HTML/CSS/JS served from /documentation/index.html.
