Context Assets

Context Assets provide a CMDB-lite layer inside the Context Hub. Assets can be linked to tickets and used in reports, context search, and operational risk summaries.

Asset Fields

• Asset tag, name, type, status, lifecycle, environment, vendor, and serial number.
• Business owner, support owner, external owner name, and external owner email.
• Purchase date, warranty expiry, support start, support expiry, and last audit date.
• Risk level, criticality, dependency notes, and operational notes.

Dependencies

Each asset can depend on another asset, a service, a vendor, or a free-text external system. Dependencies include risk impact, notes, and a critical flag.

Support Summary

The asset context output includes open tickets, breached tickets, sensitive files, dependency count, warranty risk, owner, support owner, environment, criticality, and risk level.

Permissions

• view context hub allows browsing linked context records.
• manage context assets allows creating, editing, deleting, and maintaining dependencies.
