Package builds must include complete buyer docs, fresh screenshots, checksums, safe URLs, no secrets, no debug artifacts, and no unsupported live-provider claims.

Before Build

• Run docs build and docs check.
• Run demo seed and portal readiness on staging.
• Capture marketplace and documentation screenshots.
• Run System Health and marketplace smoke checks.
• Confirm public documentation and live preview URLs do not include /public.
