Sales Pipeline

The sales workflow starts with capture, moves through qualification and deal execution, and ends in quotations, proposals, contracts, invoices, or nurture sequences.

Lead Capture

Use leads, lead forms, campaigns, surveys, estimate requests, imports, and API lead creation to collect opportunities. Score and route leads before conversion.

Deal Execution

Deals support list and board views, stage movement, checklists, notes, activities, stakeholders, AI drafts, follow-ups, and quote creation.

Follow-ups

Follow-up lists and the command center prioritize due, overdue, and high-impact work across leads, deals, companies, and support touchpoints.

Daily Pipeline Routine

  1. Review unassigned and overdue leads; confirm source, owner, score, and next action.
  2. Move a deal only when its stage exit criteria are satisfied and record the supporting note or activity.
  3. Resolve overdue follow-ups before creating lower-priority work.
  4. Compare weighted pipeline with the forecast and investigate stalled high-value deals.
  5. Convert won work into the correct quotation, contract, invoice, project, or onboarding path.

Verification

Test with a non-admin sales role. Confirm workspace scoping, stage permissions, currency totals, saved filters, activity history, and the company/contact links before relying on the forecast.
