Troubleshooting

Start with System Health, Laravel logs, queue status, scheduler output, storage permissions, mail tests, and the docs/package validation commands.

Blank Page Or Server Error

• Check storage/logs/laravel.log.
• Confirm vendor/autoload.php exists after Composer install.
• Confirm .env, app key, database credentials, and writable storage paths.

Mail Not Sending

Run a settings mail test, verify SMTP host/port/encryption, check provider sender verification, and confirm queues are processing notification jobs.

Screenshot Capture Fails

Confirm Chrome exists, app URL is reachable, demo credentials work, the app is installed, vendor dependencies exist, and DOCS_SCREENSHOT_BASE_URL or SCREENSHOT_BASE_URL points to the correct public base URL.

Package Check Fails

Regenerate docs, recapture screenshots, remove local URLs, verify ZIP outputs, and make sure no secrets, database dumps, logs, sessions, cache files, or private keys are bundled.
