Use /crm/setup-checklist before a buyer demo. It links the core proof points:
- Generate or reset demo data from Demo Studio.
- Start the Full Product Tour from
/crm/demo-studioand keep the draggable tour panel open while navigating. - Use Pause Tour to hide the panel temporarily, Resume Tour to continue, and Start / Restart to begin again from step one.
- Open the CRM dashboard, then a campaign/deal, proposal, contract, invoice, project, task board, support queue, and portal user.
- Use Payment Simulation on an invoice to show Stripe/PayPal-style collection without live gateway credentials.
- Convert an accepted proposal into a project, invoice, subscription, or kickoff task.
- Convert a signed contract into an invoice, subscription, or delivery project.
- Start and stop a task timer, then create an invoice from billable time entries.
- Create or open the portal-visible delivery note linked to the invoice.
- Open the client portal, start the Portal Client Tour, and review scoped tasks, proposals, contracts, subscriptions, knowledge articles, files, tickets, invoices, delivery notes, and payments.
- Create a support ticket, reply from the portal, and show the threaded helpdesk record in admin.

Gateway Demo Scope
The demo seed provisions sandbox records for stripe, paypal, mollie, and authorize_net. Payment scope for this release is config plus simulation: sessions, webhook-style events, local payment records, replay safety, and refund records. It does not call live provider APIs until real credentials and provider wiring are enabled in production.
