RevenuePilot CRM Production Depth Release

This release turns the Above Perfex proof screens into executable workflows. It keeps the Laravel/Blade architecture and shared UI standards while adding real job records, dynamic module records, adapter logs, action-backed AI, finance workflows, support operations, portal mobile shells, and marketplace proof records.

Migration Jobs

Use CRM > Platform > Perfex Migration to paste CSV rows or JSON payloads, then queue a migration job.

The job screen shows CSV preview, duplicate warnings, owner/company matching, attachment queue rows, per-row validation warnings, run result, and rollback plan.

Supported native imports currently create/update companies, leads, deals, products, and invoices. Other Perfex-style entities are stored as auditable migration records so the import is still durable and rollback-aware.

Generated Modules

Module Builder definitions now have generated record screens.

Flow:

1. Create a module definition from CRM > Platform > Module Builder.
2. Open Records from the module row.
3. Create, view, and update dynamic records.
4. Use portal_visible for client-safe records.

Generated screens use x-ui controls, tbl-* tables, SweetAlert confirmations, Toastr flashes, and audit events.

Adapter Health

Adapter pages now expose log inspection, sandbox health checks, and webhook parsing.

Providers use the same provider naming already present in RevenuePilot: stripe, paypal, mailgun, sendgrid, imap, google_analytics, facebook_meta, social_network, and webhook.

AI Revenue Operator

AI actions can be edited and then executed into internal work. Execution creates a CRM task, linked follow-up, optional proposal draft template, and execution-result audit. External sending remains blocked until a human explicitly approves the final message.

Finance Depth

New finance workflows include statement PDF export, aging buckets, dunning sequence setup, payment reconciliation logs, tax preset application audit, and recurring invoice run history.

Support Operations

Admins can process mailbox imports into threaded tickets, store attachment references, save SLA escalation rules, store email delivery logs, and record KB suggestion context and ticket tags.

Portal clients get mobile-first shells for common work:

Marketplace Proof

Marketplace proof is now executable, not only descriptive. Admins can save screenshot capture targets, browser smoke-run proof, demo reset proof, and industry/demo notes.
