RevenuePilot Above Perfex Release

This release is the marketplace confidence layer for RevenuePilot CRM. It is designed for buyers who already know tools like Perfex, RISE, and Grow CRM and want proof that RevenuePilot can match those workflows while going further.

Production Depth Add-On

The next depth layer is documented in RevenuePilot Production Depth. It makes migration jobs, generated module records, adapter logs, AI execution, finance workflows, support operations, portal mobile shells, and marketplace proof records operational end-to-end.

What Was Added

Perfex Migration Wizard: create CSV/import templates, run dry imports, and keep an audit log for clients, contacts, leads, projects, tasks, invoices, estimates, tickets, expenses, proposals, contracts, custom fields, and files.
No-Code Module Builder: define custom modules with fields, statuses, portal visibility, sidebar placement, generated screens, export readiness, and audit logs.
AI Revenue Operator: review AI-suggested actions for lead follow-up, quote reminders, invoice collection, ticket triage, data cleanup, proposal drafting, contract expiry, and pipeline coaching.
Mobile/PWA Preview: installable staff and portal shell proof with mobile task, payment, ticket, proposal, and contract workflows.
Accounting Compliance: tax presets, e-invoice metadata, statement readiness, dunning, reconciliation, refund, credit note, and recurring run proof.
White-Label Builder: preview branding, colors, menu order, custom CSS, email notes, PDF notes, and portal colors before saving.
Marketplace Pack: save industry demo packs, guided browser smoke scripts, sample credentials proof, and demo packaging logs.
Sandbox Adapter Actions: validate credentials, queue sandbox sync jobs, save field maps, and replay adapter logs for Stripe, PayPal, Mailgun, SendGrid, IMAP, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook, social networks, and generic webhooks.

Every screen uses the shared RevenuePilot UI standards: KPI cards, tbl-page, tbl-panel, tbl-toolbar, tbl-table, identity cells, x-ui form controls, SweetAlert confirmation, and Toastr flashes.

Example Buyer Demo Flow

Open Perfex Migration Wizard and save a "Perfex clients import" template.
Queue a dry import for clients or invoices.
Open No-Code Module Builder and create a custom "Partner Renewals" module.
Generate the module screen log.
Open AI Revenue Operator and approve a quote reminder or invoice collection action.
Open Accounting Compliance and add a tax preset plus an e-invoice profile.

Portal Addition

Clients now have a portal account statement surface at:

This gives buyers a client-facing finance proof point beyond basic invoice viewing.

PWA Proof

The admin and portal layouts load:

This makes the app installable-ready for staff and portal demos while keeping the service worker conservative and network-first.

What This Does Not Do Yet

The adapter actions are sandbox-ready proof workflows. They validate stored credential references, create sync jobs, store maps, and replay logs, but they do not require live production API calls or real money movement in this pass.
