The changelog summarizes behavior, upgrade actions, compatibility, recovery implications, and documentation changes. It does not replace the release manifest or upgrade guide.

Documentation rebuild

Reorganized the site into modular user/operator and developer tracks.
Added role-based learning paths, consistent workflow templates, offline full-site search, previous/next navigation, and legacy-link compatibility.
Added accessible assessment, authorization, integration, deployment, and recovery diagrams.
Replaced provider screenshot placeholders with genuine ExamNova settings screens and provider-neutral instructions.
Added screenshot provenance and stronger automated documentation verification.

Upgrade note

Before applying any application release, verify its manifest, compatibility, backup, recovery plan, and targeted smoke tests. Database recovery is restore-from-backup only.
